I’m feeling kind of sorry for the Indiana Hoosiers after the Illini men beat up on them yesterday in basketball. So, I’m devoting this post to the State of Indiana.
Check this out!
The woman was about a half-mile from home when she lost control of the car on a sharp curve with her daughters.
“I had been a lifeguard, so I know the severity of the situation and the difficulty of getting out of water.” “I just knew we weren’t going to have long to get out.”
She was able to free the girls from their car seats and get them out the driver’s side window as the car was sinking.
Moos on the loose!
In Dekalb County Indiana there was a major accident on I-69 which blocked traffic for hours Friday morning. A semi overturned and that left several cattle on the loose.
It seems that the driver of the semi fell asleep at the wheel and drifted into the center lane.
The trailer he was pulling broke away from the truck and turned over in the median. It was carrying 36 cows, two died at the scene. State Police closed both north and southbound lanes for several hours as they tried to round up the escaped cattle. Bummer.
“I’m a city boy,” says Trooper Gary Gerardot. “I’ve never had to round up a cow before. And I actually had one charge me!”
REMINDER: When it’s Train Versus Car- the train usually wins.
In Fort Wayne police said they responded to a crash with a person pinned and hurt.
Police said another vehicle behind the car said that the red lights at the railroad crossing were on and it did not look like the victim slowed for the train.
