It’s been quiet for a while on the Octuplet family front.
Last night Octuplet mom, Nadya Suleman, brought two of her babies home from the hospital.
This is the crowd gathered in the driveway of the home of Octuplet family. Six police units were there to help the mom and babies arrive home.
Mom brought home the two healthiest and heaviest infants – Noah and Isaiah. They weigh five-and-a-half pounds, according to reports.
According to officers, a woman who was reportedly with the “Dr. Phil” television show was inside the house was asked to leave by others in the home and officers showed to make sure she left and conditions in the house were safe and sanitary for the newborns.
Two nurses awaited the arrival of the babies, said attorney Gloria Allred, who represents Angels in Waiting, which is providing nursing care for the babies. The octuplets are set to be released two at a time as their health improves.
Mom, older children and the two infants are living in their new house in La Habra, California.
The other two girls and four boys will be released in coming days.
And for those of us concerned about the mom on food stamps, she wants us to know;
“I earned it. … No, my father did not purchase this house for me. I did it on my own,” Suleman told Radar magazine’s Web site during a recent video tour of the 2,583-square-foot house.
