It’s picture day over at Sited and Blogged’s March Madness. While I’m sure many of you are looking for the cutesy picture of my dog or my kids, you’re getting a lesson on Graphic Design. It’s my duty as a Graphic Designer.
This is a picture of a ‘poster’ made by Art Chantry.
Art Chantry is a modern Graphic Designer who is very well-known for his work. He became popular thanks to the Seattle Grunge era and is known for his unusual methods of composition. While most of us GD’s are using our Adobe Suite products, he tries not to use a computer and to do thinks the old fashion way. This guy is in HUGE demand.
The above photo is a poster that he did using a vinyl record album.
Chantry recently came to our local college to speak and had some of his work on display.
