Rue was born with only two legs. Now, the six-week-old Chihuahua is learning how to get around.
“We don’t see it that often and when we do see it usually we have to humanely euthanize these animals because, a lot of times, they’re so labor intensive or there are other problems that we see with these guys,” said Dr. Nancy Bradley, Director of Medical Services at the Arizona Humane Society.
“Sometimes there are liver problems or kidney problems or things like that and, so far, there doesn’t appear to be with Rue and she just needs extra TLC,” added Bradley.
“She’s still kinda real topsy turvy because she’s so little and she’s still uncoordinated,” Bradley said.
Though a human application is a ways off, researchers say the technique could one day be used to treat severe erectile dysfunction in men.
Competitive eating champ Joey Chestnut maintained his dominance in the sport of competitive eating.

Money making idea….
Jason Sadler, 26, a former marketing professional from Florida, founded his own company, www.iwearyourshirt.com, in 2008 with the idea to wear a T-shirt supplied by any company and then use social media tools to promote the firm.
For his human billboard service, Sadler charges the “face value” of the day so January 1 costs $1, while December 31 costs $365. Jason has taken in $85,000 this year as a result.
