CANCER: Thanks for the encouragement for all the hesitant ones out there. Today digital images catch it so small, it may not be such a big deal– if it’s found soon. Surgery and a recovery period are the usual course of treatment. Small cancers have very high survival rates, better than 90 percent. So don’t be chicken to check it out.
Note: one small correction: age matters, but the biggest risk factor is being female; for the guys it’s prostate cancer. Get checked for it too.
