Guess Who’s Been Shopping Again….

Instead of preparing to claim those Lady Gaga Tickets (you know…putting her laundry away)
daughter accompanied me to do some Father’s Day shopping the other day. Where else? T.J.Maxx. Duh.

The folks at TJMaxx promised us that we could find the same cool stuff we would find at departments stores at a fraction of the price. And as promised, T.J. Maxx had a wonderful variety of goodies
I was glad I brought my camera along (it really embarrasses kids when you take pictures in stores)

For the “Techie” Dad:

I always get my (no seriously…dogs chew em up…offspring steal them…offspring steal them…offspring steal them…)   MP3 add-ons like speakers and headphones at TJMaxx.  They’ve also got some cool stuff for laptops-

“Because daddy needs this” she said….

For the “Sports Dad” My TJMaxx was packed with stuff:

That’s one of those things you put on a tree to freak people out. Of course, they may be more freaked out that we’re still Bears fans. You just don’t get it…once you’ve been a Cubs fan you can deal with anything.

Okay…if I could buy whatever I wanted (and I would) I’d hit the grill/gourmet area and get this stuff…

And…if worse comes to worse this Father’s Day you can always get dad a tie at a good price
(paid $15 for a Brooks Bros one).
