LEGOPALOOZA!!!!
Apparently, soccer/football (or what ever you call it) star David Beckham has caused a sensation on this incredible Lego set. This amazing Lego Taj Mahal has 5,922 pieces and costs $300. It is considered the biggest and one of the most advanced models developed by Lego Group to date. Beckham plugged it recently on a live webcam and guess what! Sales of this particular model rose a whopping 663 percent in one day.
My question for you is this, is anyone in your family or anyone that you know a Lego fan? Is there something in your home that you would be this passionate about?
My answer- my son was a HUGE lego fan growing up. We still have his Legos in storage. While it was a bummer to step on those babies, we still had tons of enjoyment out of them.

Have some fun!

My son started getting into Legos a couple years ago and last Christmas Hubster decided to get in on the action with all the technics collection. I was kinda feeling left out that everyone was getting Legos (4 year old got her first set at Christmas as well) so I ordered a set for myself. Guess what I got? Yep. I got the Taj. Didn’t even know Beckham was promoting it. Guess he got that idea from me:)

I am always interested in seeing those Lego things. the big Lego parks are fun to see. I do not think I would want to build something that large, however One never knows as they age.. boredom might set in and One can find them self building a Lego thing.

Flying in to say hi!
My oldest is only 4, and has just recently (within the past year) really been advancing to the true legos instead of toddler versions. He also has to watch with his 17 month old sister! But, we have definitely begun the love affair with legos here- my husband is reliving his childhood days with these!
Happy Friday!

I was a huge LEGO fan. I had a box of legos and a duplo box too. I didn’t have any tiny lego people though. I only had regular, boring legos, but I had a lot of fun with them anyway. I built some ”houses” and such things. Nothing exciting though. My parents didn’t like spending money on toys like that.
I’m visiting you from the Weekend Comment Club! I hope you’ll find the time to check out my blog too – it’s http://tanjascupcakes.blogspot.com

How to be a good wife. You might think that as strange…however he was such a good husband that I learn how to treat mine. Watching him interacted with my Mother was great. I didn’t realizes til years gone by that was what a child does. After Moms death I learned even more from him. How much he Loved her and Cared for her. I think that is why I chose my husband, we will love each other and care for each other.
My Aloha Friday Link for you
Have to say having a good work ethic and working hard. He owned his own business and would be up every morning at 5am and sometimes not getting home til 10pm. Unfortunately, I only had him for 16 years. My AF question is here .

My father was an absentee father 95% of my childhood. The one thing that I remember from him is to never settle for less than you deserve.
Hi Harriett! Thank you for stopping by Yoga Gal.
My dad is a career law enforcement officer and I don’t have any brothers, but he did not bat an eye raising two girls. He taught us that we can do anything that a man can (and often better
) and that lesson has served me well.
Take care!
i think I learned the importance of working , accept people no matter of their backgrounds, being dependable and care of family. fathers are special.
