You gotta be kidding me. Why oh why did I dump my lunch box. Dang!!!
Love the puppy answer! Wish I’d thought of it. : )
Now see, I should have thought of that! Every time I see a kitten I just want to cuddle it and bring it home. Then I remind myself that I already have four demanding children, and couldn’t possibly handle another one. Cat-mom to the bitter end! Have a wonderful weekend Harriet!
But they’re just lunchboxes! Wow 13,000!
My favorite was a Barbie lunchbox. Of course it was pink.
I don’t recall having a lunch box! We always bought our lunch from the school canteen, something we looked forward to everyday!
WOW! Having a voyage to the bottom of the sea lunchox would have been cool. It was every kid’s fav show.
I actually don’t remember having a cool lunch box to take to school. I bet my husband had some kind of Star Wars lunch box! Visiting from NFF. 🙂
VL- So glad somebody knew what I was talking about 🙂
I don’t remember having a lunchbox, we bought our lunch at school. i still crave food from the cafeteria 30 years later!
I think all your answers about your dogs is right on, esp. puppies! Their sweet breath does me in. What type of dogs do you have? And I can understand about Paul N. and his gorgeous, gorgeous eyes and a killer smile : )
Visiting =)
Happy Friday!!
I know that I had a few metal lunch boxes but the only one I can remember is holly hobby. lol
I’m following your blog via the blog hop! Stop in and follow back!! Love your post.

You still crack me up. ROFLMAO at Eddie Haskell! Enjoy your day…
Thanks for stopping by, and as far as your post I can only say one thing: DAM! That’s unbelievable. I had no Idea. I mean I use to carry those when I was a kid. I should’ve saved them. Don’t forget Monday is my new meme, “Monday’s Music Moves Me” I sure hope you like it, and will play along. THANKS!
I’ll have to see if hubby ever had any of those metal lunchboxes – holy cow on the value of some of them!! By the time I was in school, they were plastic…not so valuable. 😉 I’m pretty sure I still have my pink Barbie one from back then – stuck up in the attic with my Barbie collection. 🙂
I’m going to have to pay attention next Friday and join in some of your blog hopping fun! 🙂
Wow, was just about to give up while scrolling thinking you weren’t doing this Friday Follow since you had all the others when finally it was there. Whew. lol
Hope you have a great wkend. I can’t believe anyone who pay that kind of money for an old kids lunch box. They must be daft. lol
Sandy
I keep trying some of these meme’s but keep getting frustrated at people who sign up, don’t add blog post, or badge, or visit, or follow, or comment. How do you keep from getting irritated at so many who sign up and don’t play fair?
Loved Paul Newman–those eyes, those arms, the whole package…
Sorry, wandered off for a bit. Eddie Haskell made me laugh. And I carried a Barbie Lunchbox when I was in school. It was plastic and vinyl. I always wanted a metal one…
Have a great weekend, Harriet. (It’s a great name!)
Drives me nuts too- especially the giveaways/product promotions….
I had a couple of them when I was a kid.
Gah, I wish I had them now!

I’ve always been a Peanuts fan. I had an orange Snoopy lunch box and loved it. Too bad it’s long gone. But Superman $13,500? Wow, I had no idea they could be worth that much.
I never had lunch boxes as a child. I used to get lunch money for school.
