Last year, Swap.com and non-profit Green Halloween launched the 1st annual National Costume Swap Day to draw attention to costume swaps as a way to save money, keep millions of pounds of fabric from landfills, and have fun kicking off Halloween!
They actually have a National Costume Swap Day on Saturday, October 8. National Costume Swap Day™ is a partnership of Green Halloween, Swap.com and Kiwi magazine. We hear that more than 70 cities in the U.S. will host “official” Green Halloween-partner events.
